History

	M & K Quality Truck Sales was originally founded as a division of Atlas Truck Rental and Leasing. After Atlas was sold, M & K was incorporated by Ron Meyering and established as a used truck dealership in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1989. In 2002 M & K acquired the Volvo truck dealerships in Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo. In 2003 the Mack franchise was obtained in Kalamazoo and in 2006 Mack trucks were added in Grand Rapids. In 2003 a new state-of the-art facility was built in Byron Center as the company headquarters. The Kalamazoo location was moved to an upgraded facility in Portage in 2004 and a parts and service location was added in Holland in 2006, as well as a body shop in Dorr. Currently, M & K Quality Truck Sales is an authorized dealer for Volvo, Mack and Hino trucks in Byron Center; Kalamazoo has GM available as well. M & K has an extensive pre-owned truck inventory of all makes, available to search on their website with many financing alternatives. M & K Truck Leasing is an affiliate of NationaLease and will tailor leasing and rental programs to fit individual or fleet needs and also offers contract maintenance programs. With a total of 34 service bays, M & K understands the importance of getting trucks back on the road as soon as possible. But quality is never sacrificed as all of their technicians are certified and committed to high standards of practice. The parts department is supplied by seven warehouses nationwide to equip trucks with the best parts, right when they are needed. M & K also offers a mobile service truck, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to handle repairs on the road.
